The North shows a different side of the grape: grown on the high Amyndeon plateau in northern Greece, at 600–700 metres, on poor sandy soils and in a continental climate softened by four nearby lakes. The result is a vibrant, lemon-yellow white with intense aromas of peach and apricot, citrus and white blossom.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate it is crisp and zesty, with balancing acidity, delicate minerality and a pleasant, lingering finish. The grapes are carefully sorted on a selection table, fermented in stainless steel and left on fine lees for three months.
