Shipping within EU Member States

Diwineology wine shop provides fast shipping to countries listed below. We send our products through DPD company and guarantee a certified packaging and therefore provide to our clients a secure and safe delivery.

Diwineology provides sufficient insurance for our products in case of loss or damage incurred during transport. That said, we'll replace the damaged goods or refund your money.

If the ordered goods should be delivered outside Slovenia, the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches the specified destination. Any additional cost of customs clearance will be charged to the recipient. We do not control these costs and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country and you should therefore contact your local customs office for further information.

Please also keep in mind that when you place orders on the site, you are considered as an importer and are therefore required to comply with all the legislation and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers who ship products abroad to be aware that deliveries across borders are subject to the opening and inspection of products by customs authorities.

Please note that for delivery to a country which is not listed below, the buyer shall ensure and take sole responsibility that importing our product to the designated country of delivery, falls within all laws and regulations thereof. The buyer shall also be responsible to pay all local customs duties and taxes associated with the shipment.
