This 2013 vintage will accompany you throughout a meal. It has a very fine, subtle nose with mineral, honeyed, and briochelike notes, alongside a hint of smokiness. On the palate, candied fruits are prominent, with a touch of stewed fruits. It pairs wonderfully with a cheese platter, such as a fine Comté.
