Malvazija is a wine of great significance in the Vipava Valley. Its deeper golden-yellow colour and aromas of ripe fruit, apricot, peach, Mediterranean herbs and hay on the nose make it a real sensory experience. On the palate, the wine is balanced and refined, with a strong body and a very mature taste. Its unique flavour profile is the result of the region's exceptional terroir — a mixture of limestone, sandstone and clay soils and the specific microclimate of the Vipava Valley.
Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and varietal character, this wine is a pure expression of the Malvazija grape as grown on the Vipava hills, where the valley meets the Karst — shaped by rocky soils, the famous bora wind, and the Mediterranean sun.
