Paranga White is Kir-Yianni's easy-going white from Macedonia in northern Greece, a blend of two native grapes. Roditis brings freshness with green fruit and citrus, while Malagousia adds ripe peach and floral notes. Bright pale lemon in the glass, medium-bodied, fruity and crisp, with a refreshing finish.
The grapes are hand-harvested from selected parcels of the estate's partner growers. Each variety ferments separately in stainless steel before blending, and the wine then rests on its fine lees for up to four months with regular stirring, which gives it a touch more texture. Made to be enjoyed young.
