Tsipouro is Greece's traditional grape spirit, and Kir-Yianni makes theirs from the pomace of their own grapes: half Xinomavro, half white varieties from Amyndeon. It is distilled once, slowly, in a small copper still, and no anise is added, so the pure grape aromas come through.
Aromatic and full-bodied, it is made for the Greek table. Serve it well chilled or over ice with meze, olives, seafood and grilled dishes.
