It is a wine strong in extract; and with just the right amount of acidity and a pleasant taste it is an excellent vintage wine. The intense taste of this wine has made it a favourite among wine cellar men across the world. The vines that grow on locations most exposed to the sun yield the best wine. The wine is straw yellow in colour, with greenish hues. Its fragrance is reminiscent of a fruity and flowery aroma as that of lime tree blossoms, apples, bananas, almonds, nuts and honey. It has a fresh and fruity taste that lingers. Chardonnay is served at the temperature of 12 °C. It is an excellent aperitif and an excellent accompaniment to cheeses, meaty appetizers, rice dishes, it is also recommended with seafood, crab, poultry and fish dishes.
