Merlot Bosc is from the best location and area of the vineyard named Bosc. Harvest is late and carried out on the full ripeness of the grapes. Wine is produced by the process of maceration lasting for 12 days and it is aged in oak barrels (barriques) for 22 months. Merlot Bosc fragrance is reminiscent of dried plums, ripe and cooked forest fruits, jam and herbs. At tasting this wine is rich and complex with ripe tannins and a long aftertaste that reminds us of ripe red fruit. It is great accompaniment to mature cheeses, red meat and wild game meat.
