Deep strawy color with golden shades, fairly dense. It is very rich and intense on the nose. There are mainly aromas of mature fruits that remind us of citruses, peaches, pineapples and bitter almonds. You can also sense white flowers, daisies and chamomile. It is a dry white wine, warm and soft, with a nice freshness and minerality. It has a nicely intense taste, full body and an interesting sweetness. This Malvasia will go well with fish and roasted vegetables, minestrone, pasta with strong sauces and young beef in sauce.
