A surprising deep strawy color with shades of gold. Fully matured grapes and extra care in the cellar. An intense and elegant aroma of matured fruits, especially apricots and white peaches. Later we find exotic fruits, dried herbs with field flowers. In the back elder flowers and paprika. Well balanced flavor with an emphasized marl note, that rounds everything up. The flavor is intense and fairly persistent, elegant and full. It goes very well with medium spiced goulash and gnocchi, a strong vegetable minestrone, roasted lamb and cod in red sauce.
